Excellent App!

Don't expect this to ever work with FTM400!

It has worked well for me. I especially like it because it allows me to do APRS without the need for an external terminal node controller (TNC). I have been able to get it to work on both my Samsung phone and my hp Chromebook. I used an iRIG device plugged into the 3.5-mm audio jack to get the audio into and out of both of these devices. I am connecting to the data jack on the back of my Yaesu FT-818. radio. It did not work very well using audio coming from the microphone. 73

I like it when it works

Been perfect until latest version where Location Access no longer has option to "allow all the time" so when using the service APRSdroid doesn't have GPS access unless the app is loaded. Would like to see an update. Thanks!!!!

If i could get the radio (UV-5R) to transmit, i would give this app 5 stars.

This doesn't work for me but I see so many people using it. Also, it's supposed to be free as stated in the about. Clearly it's not. Anyways I'm sure I'm the one with the issue but it sucks paying for something that you can't use

App works well. Only things I would change are some slight UI color changes (such as the start/stop tracking and send position button colors being set to something that stands out more) and the ability to store maps for offline use, perhaps even the ability for the map to follow your position as you send out packets.

Pay the money to support this app. Amazing app for aprs, you can send messages to other users and through SMSGTE to cell users. Used it with HT radio with a tnc and just through internet both worked flawlessly.
